How long do the products last?

Unopened, the sauce will last at least fourteen months. Once opened, they should be refrigerated and finished within a week or frozen for no more than a year.

How do you read the expiration date?

Numbers one and two are the month; numbers three, four, and five are the day of the year; number six is the batch number; and number seven is the year. For example: 0103111 this would be January 31st, first batch of the day, made in 2011.

Where are the products made?

Everything is made in our FDA inspected kitchen in Tempe, Arizona.

Are you environmentally friendly?

We go to great extremes to recycle every single can, plastic bottle, glass container, and piece of card board.
Being a local company and selling locally, our carbon footprint is smaller than national mass producers of food products.

What allergens are present in your products?

All our products are free of the "Big 8" allergens with the following exception:
